The SKV-01 bench is designed for carrying out an incoming inspection of dynamic and static parameters of IGBT modules according to the TLVCSP01.000.000.00PM test program, in particular, for testing IGBT modules of types TIM1200DDM17-TSA000 (CRRC, China), FF1200R17RP4_B2 (Infineon, West Germany), М2ТКI-300-17СТВ, МDТКI-300-17СТВ, МТКID-300-17СТВ (Electrovipryamitel, Saransk), MIНА-HB17AB-300N (Proton-Electrotex, Oryol) and SKM400GB176DL3 (Semikron, West Germany).

Functionally, the bench contains a workplace PM1, designed for an incoming inspection of the static characteristics of the tested IGBT module, and a workplace PM2, designed for an incoming inspection of the dynamic characteristics of the tested IGBT module.

The bench SI02 has the following main technical parameters:

– single-phase supply voltage 230V, 50Hz with a power of no more than 2 kW;

– the maximum current amplitude of the workplaces PM1 and PM2 equal to 1200A;

– the maximum workplace voltage PM2 equal to 1000V.
