In November 2025, Transconverter manufactured a test bench of AKB type SI02, TLVCSI02.000.000.00.

The bench SI02 is meant for carrying out acceptance, preliminary, periodic and other types of tests in terms of the primary control charge/discharge of the accumulator battery STNR.563344.001, equipped with batteries of type STARK 6-AGNG(V)12-120M-V.

The bench SI02 has the following main technical parameters:

– three-phase supply voltage 400V, 50Hz with a power of no more than 17kW;

– 8 outputs for connecting tested accumulator batteries with a charge current 19A and a discharge current 21A;

– the maximum voltage of each output 84.6V.

The bench SI02 provides:

– primary charging of each of the 8 connected accumulator batteries with a current (19±1.0) A, and when the voltage reaches (84.6±1.8) V, maintains the specified voltage level until the charging current changes by less than 10% within two hours;

– control discharge of each of the 8 connected accumulator batteries with current (21±2) А until the voltage (61,2±1,2) V is reached;

– immediately after the control discharge, a re-charge is as the initial charging.
