On the 1st of November 2012 OOO ”Transconverter” became the member of self-regulatory non-commercial organization “Interregional organization in the field of energy inspection OPZhT OPZhT”.

In August 2012 OOO “Transconverter” released the two hundredth converter HBU235 Y2, designed for 2ES4K “Donchak” electric locomotive produced by Novocherkassky elektrovozostroitelny zavod.

In July 2012 OOO “Transconverter” shipped the first batch of EVB51 Y1 converters for the company «Siemens AG» (Krefeld, Germany) under its first export contract signed at the end of 2011.

On 27th of June 2012 the acceptance commission has given the letter “O1” to the design documentation package of IPBS26 380/110ZU U2 DC stabilized voltage power supply unit for on-board grid of EP2K DC passenger locomotive.

In June 2012 ООО “Transconverter” finished preparation of the declaration about conformity of EVB51 Y1 auxiliary supply converter to requirements of safety Norm NB ZT CL-CT 139-2003.

In April 2012 the acceptance commission has given the letter “О1” to the design documentation package of the frequency converter PCh26 U1.

In March 2012 the acceptance and control testing on the frequency converter PCh36 U1 were carried out successfully.

The first DC power supply IPBS26 380/110ZU U2 for passenger locomotive EP2K was produced by OOO “Transconverter” in February 2012.

In November, 2011 ООО Transconverter signed a contract with Siemens AG for the supply of EVB-converters in amount of 170 pcs.

In October, 2011 ООО Transconverter produced the first frequency converter PCh36 U1 for new electric suburban trains.
