In December 2023, Transconverter produced a test-bench SI150 YHL4 for Beshchev Yaroslavsky electric locomotive repair factory.
The test-bench SI150 YHL4 is meant for carrying out approval tests of auxiliary converters PSN100 Y2 type and a power supply with a stabilized DC voltage of the onboard electric system IPBS 26 380/110ZY Y2 after the planned midlife repair.
The test-bench converts an input three-phase voltage of 400 V, 50 Hz into a DC voltage with a nominal value of 3000 V and a maximum value of 4500 V.
The test-bench includes a power cabinet, voltage regulation device, a PSN load cabinet, an IPBS load cabinet and an operator console.
The overall total load capacity of the test-bench is at least 150 kW.
It is planned to install the test-bench SI150 YHL4 at the operating areas of the Beshchev Yaroslavsky electric locomotive repair factory in the 1st quarter of 2024.
