In may 2013 OOO “Transconverter” received a declaration about conformity of converter HBU235 Y2 to requirements of safety Norm NB ZT CL-CT 139-2003.

Converter HBU235 Y2 is joint development of OOO “Transconverter” and Siemens AG (Krefeld, Germany). Currently, more than 250 converters HBU235 Y2 successfully used in the Western Siberia ( depot “Belovo”), in the North Caucasus (depot “Tuapse”) and in the Ukraine (depot “Krasny liman”).
The auxiliary converter HBU235 Y2 is designed for electrical supply of compressor, traction motors excitation circuits, traction motors coolers, climate system and other auxiliary supplies of 2ES4K and 2EL4 electric locomotives.
