In June 2024, “Transconverter” completed start and adjustment works of the test-bench SI150 UHL4 for Yaroslavsky electric locomotive repair plant.

The test-bench SI150 UHL4 is meant for carrying out acceptance tests of auxiliary converters of PSN100 Y2 type and power supplies with a stabilized DC voltage of the on-board network of IPBS26 380/110ZU Y2 type after a planned average repair.

The test-bench converts an input three-phase voltage of 400V, 50Hz into a DC voltage with a nominal value of 3000 V and a maximum value of 4500 V.

The test-bench includes a power cabinet, a voltage regulation device, a PSN load cabinet, an IPBS load cabinet and an operator console.

The total load capacity of the test-bench is not less than 150 kW.
